Liability Limitation

LekkaLink.com will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Customers are advised to back up all critical data before engaging in any remote assistance session.

Data Privacy and Security

While LekkaLink.com takes precautions to safeguard customer information during remote sessions, customers are responsible for ensuring their devices and data are adequately secured. LekkaLink.com is not liable for any breaches, losses, or unauthorized access resulting from vulnerabilities beyond our control

During the course of providing assistance, LekkaLink.com may recommend or utilize third-party software or tools. The use of such tools is at the customer’s discretion, and LekkaLink.com is not responsible for any issues arising from their use. The customer is responsible for their interaction with such a recommendation.

We do not support macOS
Android depends on the OS
Linux Support depends on the OS
We may not be able to assist with every website and platform.

Operating Hours
Monday to Friday 08:00AM – 20:00PM
Saturday 10:00AM-14:00PM
Service out of the above time bracket is charged at emergency rates.

Recording and Monitoring
Remote sessions are not recorded for Privacy. Recording can be done on agreeance of all parties.

Termination of Services
Reserve the right to terminate the session if terms are violated or if there is evidence of unethical or illegal activity.

Force Majeure
In cases where services cannot be delivered or data is lost due to unforeseen events (power outages, internet disruptions, hardware failure etc.) LekkaLink.com will not be held liable to any loss occurred by the customer as a result.

By engaging in a remote assistance session with LekkaLink.com you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    2. You grant permission for LekkaLink.com to access your device remotely, view and alter your data for the purpose of providing assistance.
    3. You have taken necessary precautions to back up your settings and data prior to the session.
    4. You are responsible for payment of subscriptions, software and hardware.
    5. You understand that the resolution of your issue may require changes to system settings, software installations, or other actions that could impact your device’s functionality.
    6. You agree to release LekkaLink.com from liability for any unintended consequences arising during or after the remote assistance session.
